High Modulus Polyimide Film is BPDA-based polyimide film with high modulus property. It has better tensile strength, modulus and heat resistance, etc. than PMDA-based equivalent, widely used in electrical, electronic industry, and application fields requiring high strength and ultra heat resistance fields, etc.
